What are your business hours?
We see patients from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday.

Are you open after hours?
A physician or nurse practitioner is on call when the office is closed. It is assumed that the type of problems leading to after hours calls are urgent and cannot wait until the next business day.
Refill requests need to be called during regular business hours.

Do I need to make an appointment?
Unless an emergency arises, patients are seen by appointment at our Spring Creek location.
If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please contact the office to inform us of your delay. We may need to reschedule your child's appointment to be fair to other patients.
Walk-ins are welcome at Hamilton Place, and North Shore now offers walk-ins on select dates. (Click here for all dates & times)

Where are you located?
We have three locations: 403 Spring Creek Road Chattanooga, TN 37411 in Spring Creek, 604 Black Street Chattanooga, TN 37405 in Northshore, and 103 Jordan Drive Suite 3 Chattanooga, TN 37421 in Hamilton Place.

Are you offering COVID-19 vaccines?
Yes, COVID-19 shots are available at our office.

Are you offering flu shots?
Yes, flu shots are available at our office.

Do you offer consultations over the phone?
Our staff handles routine inquiries during regular office hours. Calls are returned as soon as our patient schedule allows.
Please make sure you have the following information before calling:
- Child's full name and date of birth
- Guardian's name and phone number
- Child's temperature if ill
- Caller ID Blocked line - make sure it is turned off or we will not be able to return your call.

What do I do in case of an emergency ?
If your child is experiencing a life or death situation - CALL 911 or go to the emergency room.
If your child has ingested plants, drugs, poison, etc., call POISON CONTROL immediately and follow their directions.

When should I bring my child in for a fever?
The body uses fevers to fight infection. Unless a fever lasts for a long time, or is very high, it may serve a useful purpose.
A temperature greater than 100.4° F (taken rectally) in an infant less than 3 months old is unusual and should be reported to our office immediately.

How often should my child get a checkup?
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends all children receive regular Well Child Care to evaluate if they are growing and developing properly.

When should my child get immunizations?
Immunizations are very important for the health of your child and should be started at birth.

Do you release my child's medical records?
Children's medical records and other information are confidential and can be released only on written consent of the patient or patient's legal guardian for a $20 fee.

What forms of insurance do you accept?
Bring proof of your coverage to every office visit. If we are your primary care physician, make sure one of our providers appears on your card.
Payment of co-payments, deductibles or non-covered services are required at time of visit.

What if I don't have insurance?
Patients who do not have insurance or Medicaid, or cannot prove coverage at the time of the visit are. considered self-pay patients. Payment is expected at the time of visit.
