Getting your child immunization shots in Chattanooga is easy and convenient. We have two clinic locations, Chattanooga Children's Clinic – East (Brainerd/Spring Creek) and Chattanooga Children's Clinic – Northshore, where parents can make appointments or walk in.

For patients who live in Signal Mountain, Lookout Mountain, Northshore, Downtown Chattanooga and North Chattanooga, our Northshore location provides all the wellness and medical care services that children need to remain healthy and active.
